When placing an order to Tanso Design either via the website, telephone or email,  you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Buying services or products

You can purchase any of our services through Stripe  through this website.  No personal details or card information will be passed on to any third parties.

Returns policy

Unless items purchased are faulty or not as expected – we will be unable to replace or accept returns on these items.  If you believe that your item has been damaged in transit, then contact us.

We will be prepared to change or alter an order if required, but there may be additional costs if there is an enhancement to the order.  If you have specific requests, or needs – you can enter these during the process of purchase.

Feedback or complaints

We will always aim to produce the highest possible standard, so we aim to ensure that you will be happy.

If you wish to make a complaint, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

We will investigate the complaint and make any necessary arrangements.  This will likely involve evidence of any damage to any part received.


We offer delivery services to the UK. Depending on the part ordered, this may involve added time for delivery. For example any large parts that are unable to be sent via a normal courier service.
